Can items be returned?

Gingrass Smoked cannot take returns on perishable items. Gingrass Smoked cannot take responsibility for boxes undelivered due to misinformation given by you, delayed deliveries due to bad weather or items otherwise damaged by circumstances beyond our control.

What can I do to make sure my box arrives in good condition?

While these situations are rare occurrences there are some things you can do to help prevent them. Please take the time to review the shipping information you’ve given us. If you know of any extreme weather conditions in your area please contact us, we will hold your order for safe shipment. Making necessary arrangements to receive your order on the expected delivery date is helpful as well. Items will not stay frozen if left out in high temperatures.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel and order you have made through this website you may do so by contacting us by phone 707.225.7533 or email at any point before you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. Orders may not be cancelled after you’ve received the email from us containing the tracking number and delivery date of your package.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied and would like to return a product, please be aware of the following guidelines:

Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase date.

Product must have been purchased from Gingrass Smoked.

Shipping charges are refundable only if products were delivered late or damaged in transit.
