Gingrass Smoked is a wholesale smoked fish production company not usually open to the public. For our neighbors in the Napa area, we offer pre-arranged pickup of our products at the smokehouse. Please refer to the product list below. All prices are net of sales tax. We accept cash, check made out to Gingrass Smoked, or Venmo @david-gingrass.All retail products are sold frozen and slack out in 3 hours or less.
