Gingrass Smoked is a wholesale smoked fish production company, and you can find our products at many of California’s best markets. Although we not usually to the public, we can pre-arrange pickup of our products at the smokehouse. All prices are net of sales tax. We accept cash, check made out to Gingrass Smoked, or Venmo @david-gingrass. All retail products are sold frozen and slack out in 3 hours or less.
