We offer co-pack processing services to our wholesale customers using our proprietary recipes and processes. We cure and hot or cold smoke by the pound. All finished products are labeled and vacuum packed. Price is based on packing and service type. Minimum 50 lbs. per run.
Cure and hot smoke fish over 8 oz. fillets, bulk pack – $4.00 per pound
Cure and hot smoke fillets under 8 oz. bulk pack – $5.00 per pound
Cure and hot smoke fillets over 8 oz. retail pack – $6.00 per pound
Cure and cold smoke fillets over 3.5 pounds – $5.00 per pound (fillets must be whole, skin and rib bones intact. Returned as it out of the smoker.)
Cure and cold smoke fillets over 3.5 pounds (fillets must be whole, skin and rib bones intact.) Trimmed and mechanically sliced. Packed in whole sides. $10.00 per pound.
